Joëlle Graven also recounted receiving a message from her son saying he wanted to "get out of here." "On Sunday evening, I called him and he said, 'It's okay, Mom, don't worry.' He reassured me," Joëlle Graven continued, adding that her son "didn't feel in danger." She also explained that her son often told her, "Mom calls the police, but it was for the live."
The initial results of the autopsy of Raphaël Graven's body show that his death was not due to third-party intervention, but likely to medical or toxicological causes. Although the mother decided not to file a complaint against Owen Cenazandotti and Safine Hamadi, an investigation into "intentional group violence against vulnerable people" had already been underway since last December, after Mediapart denounced the charges.
His two partners continue to deny any involvement in Jean Pormanove's death. Interviewed on RTL this Monday morning, Safine Hamadi declared: "It wasn't me who killed him, none of us killed him." He also denied any act of mistreatment or harassment: "I didn't mistreat him, I didn't mistreat him at all," he assured. "Everything was consensual," he insisted, specifying that Jean Pormanove was "free."
